2024-2025 High School Diploma (HSD)ENROLLMENT DETAILS

The High School Diploma(HSD) program at the Fairfield Suisun Adult School (FSAS) offers a standards-based curriculum that allows students to earn a WASC accredited high school diploma. FSAS requires 135 credits to earn a diploma. Classes are held both during the day Mon-Thursday 9:00AM to 3 :00 PM and evenings Tuesdays and Thursday 6:00 - 8:30 PM. There is also an on-line evening class for eligible students.

Enrollment Steps

STEP 1

Complete the online registration as follows:

Choose ONLY 1 orientation date
Students MUST have transcripts prior to orientation. Send your transcript to the HSD registrar Rosalba Elias rosalbae@fsusd.org.

STEP 2

Attend scheduled orientation & CASAS Evaluation (2.5 hour):

Orientation begins promptly at 9:00 AM for daytime classes and 6:00 PM for nighttime classes. Late students will need to reschedule for another session.
At orientation, students learn about the policies, procedures, and structure of the program and decide if it is the right fit for them at this time.
After the orientation, students take a CASAS evaluation, which places students in a Skills or HSD program.

STEP 3

Attend an assigned Jumpstart Class (maximum of 12 hours):

Jumpstart begins promptly at 9:00 AM for daytime classes and 6:00 PM for nighttime classes.
This is an in-person class that is mandatory.
Once students complete Jumpstart, they will meet with the counselor to review their schedule.
