Join us for an epic summer camp adventure!

Every year, the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District (FSUSD) partners with Cal Maritime University to host a Career Expedition Summer Camp for FSUSD 7th grade students. This five-day overnight camp, held in June, provides students with the unique opportunity to gain real-world experience while immersing themselves in the college life culture at California State University Maritime Academy. The camp focuses on maritime careers, offering hands-on experiences such as basic Marine Firefighting and Personal Survival courses.

The purpose of the Career Expedition Summer Camp is to expose middle school students to diverse career paths and opportunities in higher education. This career-oriented camp provides a dynamic and engaging environment for teens to explore various career options, develop essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate their future careers successfully, all while having fun!
