Welcome to CMS Physical Education!
This class will focus on the importance of being an active, happy, healthy, and confident person. Through different activities, games, assignments and challenges, it is our hope that students develop a better understanding of lifelong fitness concepts, improve their own level of fitness and practice life skills that will help them be a better person. Below are a few guidelines that will help you be successful in Physical Education this year. We look forward to working with you this school year!
Bring a GOOD ATTITUDE, a willingness to learn, and your best EFFORT each day
Come to class PREPARED with appropriate clothing to work out in.
Help contribute to a POSITIVE, PRODUCTIVE, and SAFE class environment
LISTEN to instructions and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
RESPECT all people and property (including equipment and facilities)
