Fairfield, CA - The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Governing Board affirmed the appointment of Lindsey Michels to the role of Communications Manager/Public Information Officer.
Michels brings notable experience in directing, planning, implementing, and evaluating internal and external communications and public relations efforts. Her work includes crafting press releases, managing social media content, and building and maintaining positive communication channels between students, faculty members, stakeholders, and the community.
Ms. Michels earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from California State University, Chico. She earned her Master of Arts degree in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University in Cardiff Wales.
